Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Very rarely, given our direct-to-consumer fair pricing model. But when we do, we always give our subscribers the heads-up. Signing up for our newsletter will make sure you don’t miss a trick.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal on online orders. In-store purchases can be paid for with credit card, debit card, or cash.

Can I place a custom order?
We love nothing more than a challenge (and a customer who knows her own mind). We can adjust any of our garments to your liking. If it’s a completely made-to-measure garment you’re after, just email us at ok@octaviank.co.uk
Is my purchase covered by a warranty?
We’re so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a no-questions-asked 1 year warranty on any purchase. Just contact us at ok@octaviank.co.uk for any warranty issues.
How can I check the status of my order?
Easy – just log into your Octavian K. account on the website, and under ‘my orders’, select ‘view your order history’.
